Most of the melodies in the score for the final chapter in the Deathly Hallows are inspired by the music of John Williams, Patrick Doyle and Nicholas Hooper. Because there are so many ways in which a composer can end this story, I’ve decided to keep some magical and fun moments, as well as a brighter tone, representing Harry and Ginny’s children, as well as Ron and Hermione’s family. However, I did keep the melody from the iconic “Hedwig’s Flight” throughout the score mainly because Harry Potter is, after all, the central figure in JK Rowling’s masterpiece. This is the song used in the 2010 blockbuster “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1″ by Nick Cave. The song is caled “O Children”. *I did have this video up to 261000 views until my channel was closed on Youtube for having the other HP soundtracks on the channel. So I’m uploading this again and only this. This, of course, is the scene where Harry confronts Hermione when Ron has left and moral is at a all-time low. Here, Harry dances with Hermione to raise her spirits, and in doing so, grow closer as friends (NOT ROMANTIC AS IN BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND), but mostly as brother and sister. In the epic finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort. It all ends here.
